A Life of Transformations, Bold Decisions and Leadership
I had the privilege of photographing Regina Jiron, a dynamic Fractional COO and C-Suite Advisor, during a recent D.C. roadshow where she shared part of her remarkable journey.
“My life and career have been a series of transformations and pivots. Amid a successful tenure as a marketing executive in the Philippines, I made the bold decision to migrate to the States. Who does that, right? Leaving a comfortable life and solid career for the unknown. Well, I saw it as an opportunity to reinvent myself.
Starting anew, I landed an entry-level position at a nonprofit healthcare organization dedicated to patient safety and healthcare quality. They quickly realized I had the skills to do so much more and soon rose to a director position spearheading the company’s transition from traditional paper processes to digital platforms.
My journey didn't stop there. I was later recruited by a commercial real estate firm to revamp their organizational structure, enhance business operations, boost revenue, and eventually guide them through a significant merger. My experiences have taught me to be creative, adaptable, and to thrive in uncertainty—traits that have become hallmarks of my professional identity.
Change is a constant in my life. I’m continuously learning and developing myself. Best of all, I cherish sharing my insights with my expanding circles of influence. This is why my word for this year is 'Community'—deepening ties, curating new experiences, and exploring new connections, driven by my curiosity about what motivates people.
Having my headshot taken has never been a comfortable experience for me, but Alissa thoughtfully guided me through the session and made it fun. She is definitely a pro, and I love her big smile! I had my photo shoot two days before my birthday, and it was a wonderful way to celebrate. I love my photos!”
