I then moved into private equity and VC backed companies helping drive strong growth and delivering successful exits. I work a lot of hours and love what I do, but it is important to me how I show up as a leader.”

I asked Amanda Nevins, CFO at Transfer VR, to share some advice during our photo session.

Great leaders share information and knowledge across department lines – and encourage their team to do the same. It's a win-win for the company. Transparency is so important organizationally.”

“Transparency also comes into play with how you show up online. It’s important for your headshot to show your authentic self. My last headshot was 15 years old and it no longer represented who I was.”
